What is Chaat Masala?
Chaat masala is a lip-smacking kale chips seasoning. It’s a powdered blend of different spices and is commonly used in Indian and South Asian cooking. It has a delicious tangy flavour and is perfect for adding to soups, stews, and curries. I use it to flavour these kale chips, and it works wonderfully to create crispy and crunchy chips – with a tangy chaat masala flavour!
